Catering Deposit- To secure the services of Canopy Rose Culinary Arts Studio and Catering Company for a wedding, banquet, holiday party or other large event, we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. The deposit is applied to the Special Event Pre-Orchestration Fee.
After the menu and services are agreed upon, a fifty percent deposit is due, with the final balance due in full at least 14 days prior to the event.

We are easy to find! Now that our signs are up, we are hard to miss! We are located on the corner of Hwy. 27 and 7Th Avenue. Our culinary arts studio and catering company is directly across the street from the popular H&H Antiques. Look for the green marble-front building with
the Canopy Rose signs. The building is white on the Hwy 27 side. If you are coming from Tallahassee, just take North Monroe Street north to downtown Havana. When you get to 7th Avenue, you 'll see our building. Just turn left and look for a place to park. Other landmarks include our next door neighbor, The Havana Herald /Publishing Company. We are the first business on the street.
