$500.00 Pre-Event Orchestration + 75.00 per hour

Catering Deposit- To secure the services of Canopy Rose Culinary Arts Studio and Catering Company for a wedding, banquet, holiday party or other large event, we require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the date. The deposit is applied to the Special Event Pre-Orchestration Fee.
After the menu and services are agreed upon, a fifty percent deposit is due, with the final balance due in full at least 14 days prior to the event.

Greek Cooking Classes at Canopy Rose Starting July 27, 2008

Beginning on Sunday, July 27, 2008 the Canopy Rose Culinary Arts Studio and Catering Company in downtown Havana, Florida will be the setting for the first class in a series of Sunday afternoon Greek cooking classes.
Classes will run from around 3 pm to 5 pm. Reservations must be made and paid for at least 4 days prior to the class. Space is limited. Book early!

Canopy Rose Owner Wins Award
A tidal wave of laughter rolled across the room as the New York Times best-selling author captivated the crowd.
Bites of wisdom were tossed out to a hungry audience who had traveled to Tuscaloosa Alabama for the 17th Annual SCWC Conference on the third weekend of June...
During the closing ceremony, the owner of Canopy Rose Culinary Arts Studio and Catering Company won an award for her food and entertaining writing.
Kathi Dameron- the Tallahassee-area caterer, event designer and teacher of cooking classes, who writes the food and entertaining column in the Northeast Chronicle (a community publication of the Tallahassee Democrat) won second place in the Newspaper Article category.
The winning article, "Simple Act of Sharing Food Can Truly Bring People Together" originally appeared in print during the spring of 2008.
